SPECIALTY PLASTIC BARRELS (HDPE 2),
These are specialty because you are not going to find these at your local mega building stores. They measure 12.5 inches at the mouth opening, 15 inches wide inside the barrel, & 24 inched tall. They came from the pharmaceutical industry & are (HDPE 2) High-density polyethylene. If you look on wikipedia dot com they say that this type of plastic is food grade compatible & has a variety of uses. They have a rubber seal on the inside of the very heavy duty lid & a strong metal compression seal which makes them air tight. The insides are spotless & are ready to use for anything you can think of. They are much smaller then the usual big 55 gallon rain drums /barrels, have 2 handles for easy lifting, & can be moved & stored much easier then the big 55 gallon barrels. I have a limited supply & will not be getting more.
