Looking for a personal owner who's willing to sale a nice 2 bedroom condo with a cash down payment of 7,000 to 14,000. Where I can rent to own the remaining amount. Hey If I fail to pay you I'll just take a lost. Because I'm currently paying 2,400 a month for home right now. Not including water ,electric, gas, grass or snow plowing.
My request is that the place is live in ready kinda of modern with a dishwasher ,w/dryer in unit maybe a balcony & parking spot. House,condo,2
flat or townhouse or duplex. Or why let your home go in to foreclosure I can pay for it & you can keep your credit great & I can inherit the bill. I'm look for a place in Chicago yet something near by will work as well... I can have bigger down payment if absolutely necessary.
