Selmer Mark VI Tenor Saxophone Original Lacquer 3000 in Bloomington, Illinois For Sale

I am the second owner of this fine Mark VI tenor. I have owned it for about 25 years. I am selling this horn because I don't play it much any more, have two other tenors not much of a pension. The original owner was a very good friend who would be about 100 years old now. We both took very good care of the instrument whiping it down after use. The body tube is in super shape. I would say about 99 % original lacquer. The pictures don't do justice to the "honey" color. The pads are of various ages. Last full overhaul was about 20 years ago. The horn plays quite well. I typically play it with an 8* B Lawton with a #3 Rico. There are no dents in the horn or neck that I can see. The neck is in fine shape. The case is about 10 years old. It has key lock. There is a black zipper TresPack available instead if desired. This is the one with the built in clarinet space and a holder for a flute case. I found it useful as I double on flute and clarinet.
