Responsibilities include performing one-on-one customized training as well as classroom training, and conducting system briefings to users and customer management. Conducts research necessary to develop and revise training agendas and prepare instructor and student materials, including but not limited to, course outlines, tip sheets, help documents and quick reference guides.Responsible for account maintenance, maintaining system user accesses and updating/maintaining the account management database for the customer systems. Provides customer support and serve as main point of contact for system service desk. Maintains frequent contact with customers and monitors issues and actions as appropriate.Possesses ability to troubleshoot and resolve user problems and raises priority of actions accordingly. Additional duties may include testing software applications, requirements analysis, and monitoring system issues. Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree and 15 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education Experience in application end-user training and account management. Preferred Skills and Education Bachelor Degree or four additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
