Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a full time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work nights for our Crisis Stabilization Unit at our Bloomington, IL facility. Conducting physical health screening to ensure consumers are medically appropriate for admissionpleting medication administration, monitoring, training and case management services as indicated on treatment plans.Acting as liaison between prescribers, consumers, laboratories, PCPA?s, other healthcare providers, pharmacies and staff to ensure continuity of care.Administering waived testing.Assessing consumers for acute physical issues while providing first aid as indicated. Position requires a high school diploma or equivalentputer experience is required with general experience in all Microsoft Office applications as well as e:prescribing, and an electronic medical record (EMR).Required to be certified in CPR or become certified in CPR within 90 days of hire and must maintain certification.Satisfactory completion of ChestnutA?s background checking process.
