Leading the finance operations function for the site;
Assisting with reporting and identifying cost savings opportunities;
Completing daily, weekly, monthly statistics and monthly reporting;
Cost analysis and inventory management;
Excel and KPI reporting, operational efficiencies;
Capital projects performance reporting;
Budgeting, forecasting, planning;
Supply Chain and distribution efficiency measurement;
Least cost formulation evaluation, joint and by-product costing.
Education: 4-year degree in Accounting required.
Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in a controller role, preferably in commercial or manufacturing such as food, chemical or pharmaceutical;
CPA, CMA or equivalent is desired;
Expert knowledge of Excel, ERP and Accounting Systems;
Experience with performance based measurements;
Experience with long term strategic planning, investing analysis, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, processing AR/AP, year-end audit, etc.;
Strong analytical, organizational, communication skills.
