Young America Realty, Inc. manages over 600 Residential units in the Bloomington/Normal area, and is currently seeking aggressive, positive, sales-minded individuals to be trained as Leasing Agents.
This is effectively a sales role with high potential for commission income and includes a base wage.
The following are desired characteristics of an applicant:
Sales and Customer Service Background
Enthusiastic Personality
Extreme Attention to Detail
Technology experience specifically in Word, Excel, and Internet
Software
Excellent Problem Solving Skills
Bachelor s Degree preferred but not required
Section 42 experience a plus
The position includes: Saturday shifts as part of a scheduled rotation (not every Saturday)
Requirements:
We will assist you in obtaining a State of Illinois Leasing Agent License
State of Illinois Driving License
A well maintained vehicle
Vehicle insurance
