I own a fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath condo and I am looking to rent out 1 of the rooms. The 2 rooms are rented by very easy going 20 and 21 year old females. They are both working and the other one is studying part time. The third roommate is preferably compatible. I am a very easy going land-lady / owner, I don't live in the apartment anymore because we bought a single family home in the Tarzana and we are living there. Room is fully furnished with queen size bed, desk, and flat screen TVs. To move in, first and last month rent is needed for a total of $595.
